This incredible piece features an authentic, repurposed Alexander McQueen skull in white and dark pink/red. Signed on back. 
Stainless steel toggle necklace. 
This piece was repurposed from an authenticated McQueen keychain. 
Pendant measures 2 1/2" long x 1 1/2" wide. Chain is 19" long.
